Some impressions of the beautiful Genk area! 

SPORTS

Small field football 
The intention is to organise a men’s and a mixed competition. In case not sufficient teams register, the mixed and men’s competition will be merged into one competition. A team consists of minimum 6 and maximum 12 players. For the mixed competition, minimum 1 woman needs to be on the pitch per team. The competition is spread over 2 days.

Golf
Golf is played as a team competition with teams of 4 players. The maximum handicap of a player is 36.0. The competition is spread over 2 days.

Tennis
Tennis is played as a mixed team competition with teams of 6 players, with minimum 2 women per team and the option to have two reserve players per team. For each encounter the playing team and reserve players are assigned, in case of injury, a reserve players can substitute a player during that encounter. The competition is spread over 2 days.  

Padel
Padel is played as a mixed team competition with teams of 4 to 6 players with minimum 2 women and minimum 2 men per team. The competition is spread over 2 days. The competition will be set up with each encounter consisting of 1x men’s double, 1x woman’s double and 1 or 2x mixed double (depending on the available time).

Volleybal
The intention is to organise a men’s and a mixed competition. In case not sufficient teams register, the mixed and men’s competition will be merged into one competition. A team consists of minimum 6 and maximum 12 players. For the mixed competition, minimum 2 women need to be on the pitch. The competition is spread over 2 days.

Run (5km and 10km)
The 10 km run will be organised on Saturday and the 5 km run will be organised on Sunday. The races will be organised in the lovely wooded area of Kattevennen, part of the beautiful “Hoge Kempen National park”. The track will be mainly soft surface and the profile of the race is mainly flat.

Mountainbike (distance TBD)
On Saturday, a technical, short distance (around 6 km), time travel type race will be organised in combination with a pump track race. Fun guaranteed! On Sunday, a long(er) distance race will be organised, the details of which will be communicated later on. The races will be organised in the wooded area of Kattevennen, part of the beautiful “Hoge Kempen National park”.

Archery
Archery is organised as individual competition and as a team competition with teams of 3 players, with minimum one female archer per team. The competition is spread over 2 days.

Petanque
Petanque is organised as team competition with teams of 2 or 3 players. The competition is spread over 2 days.

Badminton
Badminton is organised as a mixed team competition with teams of minimum 4 and maximum 8 players, with minimum 2 male and 2 female players and maximum 4 male and 4 female players per team. The competition is spread over 2 days.

Hike (no competition)
Those who do not want to compete but want to join the event and be active, can join one or both hikes organised on the Saturday and the Sunday. The hikes will be organised in the wooded area of Kattevennen, part of the beautiful “Hoge Kempen National park”. You can off course also organise your own hike on one of the many, easy to follow hiking trails.

 

REGISTRATIONS
The registration will open in two waves. During the first wave, a limited number of teams per institute can register for each competition. From the second wave, all remaining places can be filled.

  • Start of registrations first wave: 14th of November 2025
  • Start of registrations second wave: 1st of December 2025

  • Closing of registrations: 31st of January 2026

Registration fee:

  • Participants: 250 € (incl. sports, 2x lunch and 3x dinner)
  • Supporters: 180 € (incl. 2x lunch and 3x dinner)
  • Green fee (golf only): 160 € per player per weekend 
  • Extra fees: hotels, breakfast, golf trolley, bike rental, etc.
