SPORTS
Small field football
The competition will be a mainly men’s competition with some mixed teams. A team consists of minimum 6 and maximum 12 players. The competition is spread over 2 days.
Golf
Golf is played, on the first day, as single Stableford competition against Par with four players from different centres per flight and on the second day as four ball, best ball (Stableford) with two players from centre A with two players from centre B in each flight. The maximum handicap of a player is 36.0. The competition is spread over 2 days, the first will be played at Spiegelven golf club and the second day at Het Rijk van Margaten golf club.
Tennis
Tennis is played as a mixed team competition with teams of 6 players, with minimum 2 women per team and the option to have two reserve players per team. For each encounter the playing team and reserve players are assigned, in case of injury, a reserve players can substitute a player during that encounter. The competition is spread over 2 days.
Padel
Padel is played as mixed couples competition. The competition is spread over 2 days.
Volleybal
The competition will be a mixed competition. A team consists of minimum 6 and maximum 12 players. The competition is spread over 2 days.
Run (5km and 10km)
The 10 km run will be organised on Saturday and the 5 km run will be organised on Sunday. The races will be organised in the lovely wooded area of Kattevennen, part of the beautiful “Hoge Kempen National park”. The track will be mainly soft surface and the profile of the race is mainly flat.
Mountainbike (distance TBD)
On Saturday, a technical, short distance time trail of 5 to 6 km will be organised in the morning in combination with a guided longer distance tour in the afternoon. On Sunday, a pump track competition will be organised in the morning in combination with a guided long(er) distance guided tour. Details will be communicated later on. The races will be organised in the wooded area of Kattevennen, part of the beautiful “Hoge Kempen National park”.
Archery
Archery is organised as individual competition and as a team competition with teams of 3 players, with minimum one female archer per team. The competition is spread over 2 days.
Petanque
Petanque is organised as team competition with teams of 2 or 3 players. The competition is spread over 2 days.
Badminton
Badminton is organised as a mixed team competition with teams of minimum 4 and maximum 8 players, with minimum 2 male and 2 female players and maximum 4 male and 4 female players per team. The competition is spread over 2 days.
Hike (no competition)
Those who do not want to compete but want to join the event and be active, can join one or both hikes organised on the Saturday and the Sunday. The hikes will be organised in the wooded area of Kattevennen, part of the beautiful “Hoge Kempen National park”. You can off course also organise your own hike on one of the many, easy to follow hiking trails.

- Participants: 250 € (incl. sports, 2x lunch and 3x dinner)
- Supporters: 180 € (incl. 2x lunch and 3x dinner)
- Green fee (golf only): 160 € per player per weekend
- Not included: hotels, breakfast, golf trolley, bike rental, etc.
